Barbados Policy Pulse

Explaining Policy. Empowering People.

🧭 What this page does

This tracker converts key commitments in the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) Manifesto 2026 into measurable indicators. Each month we publish: (1) status, (2) evidence, and (3) what changed for citizens. We use a simple RAG score:

  • 🟢 On Track – progress consistent with plan/timeline
  • 🟡 At Risk – slippage or unclear delivery window
  • 🔴 Behind – materially delayed/no visible progress
  • New / To Verify – newly announced; evidence pending

Method note: We verify against official releases, parliamentary records, Auditor General, tenders/notices, ministerial briefings, and site visits where applicable. Citizen submissions help surface issues for verification.
